  • Where can I drive?

    • ​Vehicles taken on rent from QUARTER MILE CAR RENTAL L.L.C. may only be driven within the geographical boundaries of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Are there Mileage Limits?

    • Daily mileage allowance is 200 to 250KM. This can be negotiated based on the car type and rental duration

    • Monthly mileage allowance is 4500KM. This can be negotiated based on the car type and rental duration

  • What to do in case of an accident?

    • Always call the police first, 999

    • After contacting the police, please contact Quarter Mile for further assistance

    • In case of fault, the extent of liability is as per the insurance policy of the car. Quarter Mile does not charge any extra fees, and the policies are fully transparent and accessible to the hirer. This can be waived if agreed upon

  • What security deposits are applicable?

    • Security deposits range start at AED 1,000 and increase based on the type of car rented. 

    • Security deposits are collected via credit card holds only and fully refundable in a maximum of 30 days.

    • Security deposits are required to cover for delayed toll charges, fines and other liabilities. The hirer is entitled to receive a complete transparent report of the charges from the respective authorities through Quarte Mile

  • Are there any age restrictions?

    • The legal driving age in the UAE is 18 years​
    • Drivers under the age of 25 in the UAE are subject to additional charges by insurance providers in case of fault in an accident
    • Please consult quarter mile to fully understand your liability if you are under 25 years of age​
